MDinaBOX^tm is a product born out of frustration in dealing with a cadre of expensive and difficult expert witnesses, some of whom:

• Refused to conference with attorneys
• Did not have the social/verbal skills to adequately explain medical issues to attorneys
• Refused or were unable to review opinions rendered by opposing experts
• Were difficult to schedule for meetings or conferences
• Charged outrageous sums for a few moments of their time
• Were downright rude and arrogant to the attorneys with whom they worked

Representatives from MDinaBOX^tm traveled to several countries to see if it would be possible to make good doctors in other countries available to U.S. attorneys.

We found them! Now we offer them to you. MDinaBOX^tm doctors are not afraid to critique other doctors. They enjoy it. Now you can have a team of professionals that you can afford!

MDinaBOX^tm provides INFORMATION and TRAINING to the doctors including:

1. Which cites/journals, etc., carry the most authority for cross examination purposes in the U.S. (i.e., the American Academy of Neurology vs. the European Journal of Endocrinology)

2. What lawyers need to prove medically to prevail

3. Why juries believe some doctors over others

4. Legal terms/deadlines and issues that exist in the medical/forensic arena

5. The effects of medication on disability

6. The synergistic effects of medication

What's the down side?

In order to keep the price down, most of the doctors affiliated with www.mdinabox.com do not have licenses to practice medicine outside their country of origin. Thus, they cannot serve as expert witnesses who testify on behalf of your client.

**This function can be performed by using free software such as Skype or Instant Messengers from AOL, MSN or Yahoo. However, these sites are occasionally unstable and you may wish to purchase long distance charges to have the doctor call in on your cell phone during trial or depo, listen in, and then communicate silently via messaging.

Community Effort

Our medical/legal research team combs the globe looking for excellent and affordable medical experts to help lawyers decipher medical issues in lawsuits.

That's not all we do.

When we travel, each member of our team donates a minimum of one full day to various needs in the community in which we travel (usually an under funded and understaffed hospital).

We have been successful in getting over $100,000.00 in donated medications from drug representatives in the US to needy clinics in India our last trip alone. (It's amazing how much medication you can stuff in a back pack!)

What about our employees?
MDinaBOX^tm offers employees to work at least one hour per week in a recognized charity for which they are paid full salary.

Our employees stateside are encouraged to get to know the people we are working with in other countries.

While there are many differences between those involved in MDinaBOX^tm, there are even more similarities.
