Plaintiff's Lawyers Only ~ Consultation Rates

Rates: Dorothy Clay Sims, Esq.
Founder of Sims & Stakenborg, P.A., Author of: Exposing Deceptive Defense Doctors

Hourly: $500.00 per hour
Services: Reviewing reports authored by DME's and dictating suggested questions, weaknesses/misrepresentations in the report. Providing appropriate codes of ethics violated as well as articles supporting plaintiff's position. Typical review can be done in 2-4 hours.

Rates: Coreen L. Yawn, Registered Paralegal
Paralegal assistance/teaching: Coreen Yawn, who has l8 years experience in researching experts, teaching doctors in India how to research medical conditions and providing this material to lawyers as they prepare for and as they actually cross-examine doctors in trials and depositions.

Hourly: $l25.00 per hour
Services: Teaching paralegals how to research backgrounds of experts, synthesize the data, prepare the data in a format that the attorney can use quickly and save digitally. Teaching the paralegal how to look for inconsistencies in reports, using the internet to help their bosses in the middle of trial and/or deposition.
