Spelling accuracy is essential. Please be specific as to form of medication (i.e. liquid, tablet, etc). This can be critical in determination of disability as well.

*The doctors contracted with MDinaBOX^tm, Inc. do not have a license to practice medicine in the U.S. or Europe. Typically, they are only licensed in their country of origin.

**Please note: many American cell phones will not permit international calls. Therefore, the safer method will be for the doctor to call the lawyer. This is accomplished by pre-paying in 30 minute blocks of minutes. For example, if you think your deposition will last two hours, purchase four 30 minute segments.
